A FRIENDLY FACE BEHIND THE LESSONS

Hello,
I’m Miss Fiza.

Kind support.
Room to ask questions.
Space to be yourself.

Helping little learners
believe in themselves.

I’m an online primary tutor based in London, supporting children with Maths, English, homework and SATs preparation.

With five years’ experience as a primary school teaching assistant and a TEFL qualification, I bring patience and encouragement to every lesson. I’ve worked with children with SEN and children of different abilities.

My approach is simple: meet your child where they are, build on what they know, and celebrate their progress along the way.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Little questions.
Helpful answers.

Who are the lessons for?

Lessons are for primary school children in KS1 and KS2 (Years 1–6) who need support with Maths, English, homework or SATs preparation.

Are lessons online?

Yes. Tutoring takes place online, so your child can learn from home. We’ll discuss the practical setup during your consultation.

Can you support a child with SEN?

Miss Fiza has experience working with children with SEN and children of different abilities. Please share your child’s needs during the consultation so we can discuss whether the support is a good fit.

Do you offer 1-to-1 or group tutoring?

All lessons are 1:1 sessions, so your child gets Miss Fiza’s full attention.

Will lessons follow the National Curriculum?

Yes. My lessons follow the National Curriculum, using the same key topics and learning objectives taught in school. However, unlike the classroom where teachers often have to move on to the next topic within a set timeframe, I work at your child’s pace. If they need more time on a topic, we stay with it until they feel confident and understand it fully.

What happens during the first consultation?

We’ll discuss your child’s current level, any areas they may be struggling with and what you’d like them to improve. I’ll also introduce myself, explain how lessons work, what to expect, what your child will need and go through lesson options and pricing.

How much do lessons cost?

Please get in touch for current lesson fees, availability and session options. The initial consultation is free.

How do I arrange a consultation?

Book a free consultation using the online calendar. Choose a time that suits you and we’ll chat about your child’s year group, the subjects you’d like help with and the next steps.
